Meaford business T-Zone made a donation to the Golden Town Outreach food bank this week.

The business held a food drive for the month of October, collecting non-perishable food items, while offering customers a 25 percent discount on a one month membership.

Seven contestants took to the stage at Meaford Hall on Wednesday night in hopes of convincing five Dragons that they had a business idea worthy of some Dragon cash to help them along.

With pitches ranging from a bicycle repair and rental outlet, to sports equipment sanitizing, to an agricultural networking and marketing bulletin, one by one the contestants stepped up to the microphone to tell the Dragons why they had the right stuff.
