Taoist Tai Chi arts are proven to benefit balance, strength, flexibility & circulation, as well as to improve over-all health & well-being of body, mind & spirit. Participants in the 16-week beginner session are introduced to a set of 108 gentle movements that are the foundation of Taoist Tai Chi arts.
