STARTERS

Spring Rolls with spicy dipping sauce:
-vegetable -chicken -seafood -beef

Grilled Satay with cucumber and spicy peanut sauce:
-chicken -beef

Baked Tofu stuffed with lettuce, cucumber and bean sprouts
served with spicy peanut sauce

SOUPS
Chef's Choice:
-Tom Yam
spicy lemon grass based broth with a variety of vegeables and a choice of
chicken, seafood, or vegetarian

-Pumpkin
with a Malay twist

SALADS
Chef's Choice:
-Gado Gado
a mixed salad of chilled egg noodles and romaine lettuce with a variety
of salad toppings served with a warm peanut dressing

-Bi-hun salad
a chilled rice noodle salad with a choice of seafood, chicken, or beef
tossed with a variety of salad toppings served with a sesame vinaigrette.

ENTREES

Coconut curries:
-chicken -beef

-Chili chicken
chicken and sweet potato baked in coconut chili sauce.

-Tomato chicken
baked chicken with a tomato chili glaze.

-Nasi Gorang (fried rice)
fried rice with mixed vegetables can be made with chicken, seafood or
vegetarian

-Pad Thai
rice noodles, chicken, shrimp and mixed vegetables tossed in a seafood and
peanut sauce with a coriander garnish.
