TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)
Weigh in: 5:45 pm; Meeting 6:30 pm.

No gimmicks, special foods but lots of support, encouragement and whether you have 20 or 200 pounds to lose, good information on losing weight. TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is a non-profit organization founded in 1948 and has been operating continuously since then with chapters world-wide.
$30 yearly membership, $2 weekly dues. New members welcome and the first week is FREE!
Weigh-in 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm.
Meeting 6:30 pm (approximately 30 - 45 minutes depending on the program.)
