Bluewater Tests Wi-fi Exposure

Slurpr_Prototype_Wifi As a result of a number of concerns voiced about possible health risks associated with Wi-Fi use in schools, Bluewater District School Board recently commissioned an independent outside testing lab, LEX Scientific Inc., to measure the radiofrequency levels in two Bluewater District schools.

SVE to Celebrate 40 Years

SVE_Sketch This year marks the 40^th anniversary of the opening of Ecole St. Vincent-Euphrasia Elementary School which officially opened it's doors in September of 1970.

At that time many rural students who had previously attended one room rural schools began taking buses into town to join their peers at the unique open concept school.

To celebrate this anniversary, former students, staff and members of the community are invited to visit the school on Wednesday September 15 from 2-5 in the afternoon.
