Rehearsals and behind the scenes work are progressing well for the Meaford Community Theatre's production of “Marvin’s Room,” to be presented at Meaford Hall during the third week in March.
Featuring a cast of local actors, Marvin’s Room is the story of one family dealing with many of the challenging issues facing our society today – the demands of ageing and ailing family members; the dynamics of rebellious teenagers; the heartache and humour as they discover their love for each other.
This play challenges the cast, as it will the audience. Director Gary Simon says, “I hope the audience will be moved to tears as well as laughter.”
Marvin’s Room runs from March 22nd – 25th and tickets for reserved seats are now on sale at the Meaford Hall box office for $15, and $5 for students.
