The 5th annual Electric Eclectics Sound Art & Media Festival will be held July 30 to August 1, 2010.
The three day festival takes place on the Funny Farm near Meaford, Ontario and presents cutting-edge and experimental music by world-renowned musicians, media, sound and performance artists.
For $65.00 you can enjoy three days of thought provoking concerts set on top of the Bighead River Valley overlooking Southern Georgian Bay. Camping is included with all ticket purchases.
The 2010 lineup features a film performance by the Canadian filmmaker Peter Mettler, music performances by Nic Collins, a Chicago-based circuit bending pioneer, the avant-folk singer “Fancie” (Elisabeth Wood), Danger Bay led by the Music Gallery’s Jonny Dovercourt and art installations by media artist Marla Hlady, Paul Walde and the internationally known Canadian performance artist Andrew Harwood.
