Farmers' Market Returns Friday

mmfm_09 Local food producers along with some craft vendors return to the Rotary Harbour Pavilion on Friday to kick off the sixth season of the Meaford Farmers' Market.

Market organizers are anticipating an exciting season, and they have been working hard in the off season in order to bring new energy to the market this summer.

Coffin Ridge, the little winery that could, did this past week when two of their wines took not just gold but double gold at Canada’s oldest and largest wine competition - The All Canadian Wine Championships.

Meaford Community Garden Hosting Plant Sale

comm_garden3 Organizers of the Meaford Community Garden will hosting a plant sale this Saturday, May 19th, from 9am to 1pm.

There will be a variety of tomatoes and peppers, sunflowers, marigolds, datura, basil, lavender, brussels sprouts along with many more varieties for you to incorporate into your own garden.
