More than 200 protesters filled the parking lot of the building that houses the office of Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound Conservative Member of Parliament Larry Miller on Saturday afternoon to express their frustration with the decision of Prime Minister Stephen Harper to prorogue parliament.

Local Liberals Back Anti-Prorogation Rally

The new president of the Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound Federal Liberal Association Judy Gay is calling for support of an Owen Sound rally January 23.

The rally is part of a growing national anti-prorogation campaign demanding that our MP's ignore Prime Minister Stephen Harper's suspension of parliament, and return to work on Monday January 25th as previously scheduled.
