Ottawa- Larry Miller, MP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound is once again taking Canada Post to task over their lack of service to rural residents. With the Rural Mail Safety Review still a fresh issue in parts of the riding and across Canada, along comes the latest ‘non-service’ from Canada Post.

Canada Post, in partnership with affected municipalities across Canada, is implementing standardized mailing address systems that use the 911 or civic address in the official mailing address. It is Canada Post’s opinion that this will ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of the mail.

Owen Sound- Larry Miller, MP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound is pleased to welcome the Parliamentary Committee on Palliative and Compassionate Care to Owen Sound on Monday, July 26^th at the Public Health-Grey Bruce Health Unit, 101 17^th St. East in Room 125 (Main Floor).

A bus load of people from Bruce Grey-Owen Sound took a four- hour trip, last Friday, to meet Michael Ignatieff. Some on the bus were long time Liberals supporters, but many were supporters of first time Liberal candidate, Kimberley Love and those just interested in taking advantage of an opportunity to meet Mr. Ignatieff and judge him for themselves.
