Miller to Continue Serving on Agri-Committee

organic_lettuceOttawa, ON – In a list tabled by the Government yesterday, Larry Miller was named as a member of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food for the first session of the 41st Parliament.

“I have enjoyed working on the agriculture file for the past 7 years,” says Miller. “I look forward to continuing to work with industry stakeholders to further understand the issues facing the agriculture and agri-food sector.”

Liberal Campaign Signs Defaced With Obscenities

kim_loveThe Liberal Campaign for Kimberley Love reported this morning that more than 100 signs have been defaced, stolen, and intentionally damaged over the past two weeks.

“My father has twice had to replace the sign at the end of his own lane,” says Love, “and it has been scrawled with obscene four-letter words. My father is 83 years old, and he’s trying to scrub this disgusting language off his daughter’s signs. What are we coming to?”
