Bill C-383, the “Trans-boundary Waters Protections Act,” a Private Member’s Bill put forward by Larry Miller, MP for Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound, has passed at the Report Stage with a unanimous vote in favour of the bill.
Bill C-383 was introduced in the House of Commons on December 13th, 2011 and has since then received a unanimous vote in favour at Second Reading and was also reported back to the House by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development with only minor, housekeeping amendments.
