Gail Bowen, winner of the Crime Writers of Canada Arthur Ellis Award, and author of the Joanne Kilbourn mystery series has launched her latest book 'Kaleidoscope.'
Ms. Bowen is the second in the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Library’s Spring Author Series for 2012. She will speak about her latest book on Wednesday, May 16 in the auditorium at the library.
